We are delighted to be supporting Hack The Hub 2017 with some cool prizes in the form of 2 x Parrot Mambo Drones, 2 x Amazon Echo Dots and 3 x Raspberry Pi 3.  A couple of members of TheAppBuilder team will also be on hand during the Hackathon to offer advice and help to the participants.

The 12-hour Hackathon organised by Nigma & Women Who Code is designed for anyone currently studying (or previously studied) a computer related degree with all levels of experience, gender and role welcome (UX, coders, QA, BA etc.).

With Belfast being announced as a designated Smart City, Hack The Hub is the perfect way for the community to contribute to the pipeline of projects that are being put in place, through creating a hub of open innovation for producing real-world solutions.  The event aims to hack out solutions that support sustainability, safety, mobility and efficiency for smarter cities.

The Hackathon is happening @ 112 Donegall Street, Belfast on Saturday 29th April from 9am - 11pm.  For further information and registration details please visit Hack The Hub's website.

We are excited to be supporting the event and look forward to seeing some of the cool ideas come to life!
